Steve came out on relatively short notice and identified the problem and resolved it within half an hour. They explained what was going on and what the fix was whilst they were working on the car. Really impressed, they certainly know what they are doing and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Steve was really helpful and informative. Sorted one of the problems — the other he investigated but it was beyond his control due to being a 'safety feature'! However he helped me through the programming so I can now drive down potholed lanes with tractors bearing down on me without the fear of crashing!!

A friend advised calling HSD and Steve arrived within a few days. He did a thorough test, agreed the battery was fine and there were no parasitic drains or shorts, but found a number of historical fault notices in the car's computer which could be causing the car to not completely shut down — something I could never have found. Great friendly service, informed throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great service from the guys at HSD. They quickly identified the fault with my Peugeot Boxer motorhome after two failed attempts by AA road service. They clearly explained the fault diagnosis and had some really cool computer software displaying the electronics and sensors. Wish I'd gone to HSD earlier, as it would have saved me some money.

Very impressed so far from the customer service in arranging the appointment and the professionalism of Steve and Graham who came out to analyse the problem and suggest a solution. A lot cheaper than going to a dealer for sure.

I was pleased to be able to make an appointment within two days of finding HSD Electrics Ltd on Google. The at-home service is so convenient and it is cheaper than taking it to my car's main dealer. Steve was friendly and professional. I would recommend the service to my friends.

I can recommend Steve and HSD Electrics for any lighting fit for a 999 or emergency vehicle. The service was First Class. I was given an accurate quotation and digital design of light fittings, placement and control panel. The finish is amazing — despite intrusive cabling the interior and exterior was back to "factory new". Fully recommended. — NHS Paramedic.

Can't recommend them enough. Had a 25 year old BMW with dodgy locking that was killing the battery — they came to my house and fixed it within 40 minutes, showed me the evidence of the fault. They have all the kit, reasonably priced and friendly people.

What a fabulous experience I received from these guys. My A/C and heater stopped working on my Peugeot Partner Van. Steve and Graham spent nearly two hours and fixed the problem. Steve arrived early and immediately set about diagnosing the issue. Very thorough and left no stone unturned. It's going to be an expensive repair but am glad I chose HSD and am not hesitating with having him complete the repair. Can't recommend highly enough.

Steve and Co came out to Tadley, to resolve various wiring faults with my Alfa Romeo. Steve spliced 6 broken wires on both sides of the hatchback — both rear fog lights, reversing lights and my rear wash wiper are all now fully functional. We booked Steve to run diagnostics on our VW TT which was experiencing electrical issues draining the battery. He was punctual, polite and above all patient. Arrived bang on time with a van load of diagnostic equipment. Within ten minutes they had ruled out the immobiliser and established a different fault — which was missed by Kia mechanics at two garages who could not find any fault at all. Well worth the money.
